The Tempoetic website and its original content—including backing-track recordings, arrangements, chord charts, text, graphics, branding, photographs and website design—are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights.
These materials are owned by Tempoetic or used with permission from their respective owners.
You may browse the website and use purchased products under the applicable Permitted Use licence. No other copying, reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use is permitted without prior written permission.
Songs, artists and third-party rights
References to song titles, artists, writers, publishers, record labels and trademarks are used to identify the relevant musical works and performers.
Rights in underlying compositions, lyrics, original recordings, artist names and trademarks remain with their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, Tempoetic is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original artist, publisher or record label.
Tempoetic products are independently produced backing tracks, arrangements and charts. They are not the original artist master recordings with the vocals removed or AI replications of these songs. All songs are crafted note by note by the Tempoetic team.
Reporting a concern
If you believe material on Tempoetic infringes your rights, email support@tempoetic.com and include:
- Your name and contact details
- Identification of the work concerned
- The relevant Tempoetic page or product URL
- An explanation of your rights and concern
- Any information that may help us investigate
We will review reasonable notices and take appropriate action where necessary.
