About these terms
These terms apply when you browse Tempoetic or purchase a product from the website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the applicable Permitted Use licence.
Products
Tempoetic sells downloadable digital products, including MP3 backing tracks and PDF chord charts.
Product descriptions, available formats, musical keys and prices are displayed on the relevant product page. Please check your selection carefully before completing an order. As these are digital products that can be easily duplicated, we do not offer refunds or exchange for any reason after a purchase has been completed other than explicitly stated upon purchasing the product.
Prices and payment
Prices and the applicable currency are shown on the website and confirmed at checkout. Payment is processed using the payment methods displayed at checkout.
An order is accepted when payment has been successfully confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing, technical or availability error.
Digital delivery
Downloads are normally provided through the order confirmation page, order email and, where applicable, My Account → Downloads.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and using a compatible device and internet connection. Contact us if a paid download is missing or defective.
Licence
Every purchase is subject to the licence shown at checkout and described on the Licensing & Permitted Use page.
Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership. You must not share, resell, upload or redistribute downloaded files.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You must not use another person’s account or provide false or misleading information when placing an order.
Refunds and problems
We do not provide voluntary refunds for a change of mind, selecting the wrong product or failing to check the available key or format.
If a product is faulty, materially different from its description or cannot be supplied, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website availability
We aim to keep the website and downloads available, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting, internet or technical issues.
To the extent permitted by law, Tempoetic is not responsible for indirect loss arising from misuse of a product, an incompatible device or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website
- Interfere with the website’s operation or security
- Use automated tools to copy the catalogue or content
- Circumvent download controls
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity
Changes
We may update these terms when the website, products or business practices change. The terms applying to an order are those presented when the order is placed.
